TopShift Code
In order to be a member of the TopShift crew you have to follow a TopShift code:
1. Only admins can activate wildcards. If you did it by accident, better make sure we forgive you right away, otherwise you'll be out of the crew.
2. All crew members should earn at least 670K RP per season. Only one global performance review will be held 8 hours before the season end and everyone must be above 670K RP or let Admins know what's going on. Whoever is below - will be dropped right away, no more chasing and follow ups. Admins also keep a right to drop seriously underperforming members at any time if there is a major sign that member won't be able to reach a performance goal at the end of the season - so you better always notify Admins if you are planning to be inactive for a few days. Please note, that for members who joined our crew mid-season performance goal will be calculated proactively: 47850 RP multiplied on the number of days in the crew. But please note, even if Admins were notified, we won't tolerate underperformance for more than one season from the same player (unless the reason is very strong) during the next 4 seasons. In other words, if you were already given a chance to be below the threshold in the current season, then you should always be above the threshold at each performance review for the next 8 weeks. If you can't do that, then you really shouldn't be a part of a milestone crew.
3. Prestige Cup is a must, please try to save silver keys and use it only to win cars required for Prestige Cup. Don't waste your silver keys if you already have a Prestige Cup car or Prestige Cup car is not yet announced.
4. Wildcards are activated every day at a constant time - 9:00PM EDT/EST (2AM London, 3AM Paris) without making a call or checking the attendance. If there is a WC ready - we'll activate it, 150% always takes a priority. There are only two exceptions: a) 30% WC - we'll keep it until the end of the season to avoid wasting more tokens on it; b) Under some circumstances Admins have the right to postpone WC for one day, for example when there are some important or special offline events are available: for example PC, gold & Evo cups or some trials available.
Rules for Admins:
1. Admins should always try to stay in Top 10 of the Crew.
2. Admins must be actively participating in recruiting and wildcard activation.
